I love fresh veggies too... it is a shame they don't have coupons. :) I'm surprised you don't have farmer's markets in the city... I was feeling bad because we live so rural that we don't have any super close by ~ I have to drive to the city to get to one. :) What city do you live in? I eat a lot of frozen dinners for my meals and sandwiches. The ones that are good for you though. I do buy about three loaves of bread at a time and freeze two of them. I'll do the same with chicken breasts when I do purchase them. I'll buy the large family back and then divide them up in individual bags before freezing them. So much easier when it's time to cook. I love fresh vegetables and fruit but they are so expensive and don't last long at all. Why don't they ever have coupons for that? I live in the heart of the big city so we don't have farmers markets around here I'm afraid. It's hard to shop where it's not real expensive. So I do my best. Appreciate these tips and will look forward to more. ~Adrienne Those are great suggestions Jackie!
