The problem with that is… it doesn’t work.

The good news is… interval workouts tax your body and work in a fraction of the time of regular cardio.
One of my favorite fitness professionals, as you probably know, is Holly Rigsby. She’s the creator of Fit Yummy Mummy, and she is now creating some amazing workout videos to add the they FYM system. She is a huge proponent of interval workouts. She knows you can workout in under 15 minutes and still get a kick ass workout! Even I can find 15 minutes to work out!
Here’s one of my favorite videos where she walks you through how to get started with interval workouts. It’s so simple. You don’t need anything fancy, and you don’t need to leave the house.
