Meal Plan Monday 4-12

After 2 weeks of not having a meal plan, crazy eating, rushed cooking and scrambling around trying to answer the question “what’s for dinner” I’ve got myself back in gear ~ meal plan made and grocery shopping done. woo hoo.

Monday:

Hamburgers
macaroni salad
chips

Tuesday:

Roasted Herbed Chicken
Brown rice
steamed brocolli

Wednesday:

Steak
Mashed potatoes
salad

Thursday:

Taco Chicken with Corn Salsa
Salad

Friday:

Grilled Pork Chops
Roasted herb potatoes
Green beans

Saturday:

Veggie Stuffed Chicken (slow cooker)
Noodles with parm

Sunday:

Tacos
with the fixins and rice

** On sale this week ~ hamburger, chicken thighs and drumsticks, pork chops and whole fryer chickens.

    I find it much more relaxing to have a meal plan for the entire week. I am engaging in a primal experiment and I decide what I am going to eat ahead of time.

    Way to go getting back on track! I know how crazy it can get with kids running here or there!

    We try to create a mealplan before we go grocery shopping too – problem is…the grocery shopping is a little late this week :)
