Menu Plan Monday 3-15

Our Menu Plan actually started Saturday this week. I didn’t manage to get to the store this week until Sat ~ yeah I know, like a week late. But we had plenty of food in the freezer.

Steak and Salad

Mushroom Swiss Chicken
mashed potatoes

Drunken Chicken (crockpot)
Roasted Pot
Roasted Carrots

I’m doubling the chicken for lunch stuff through the week since Hanna is on break and will be here for lunch all week.

Shepperd’s Pie (crockpot)
with ground turkey and butternut squash

Grilled pork chops
rice side dish
green beans

Chicken noodle casserole
peas/carrots

Pepperoni Calzones
Salad

    Yum! I like how organized you are with your menu! Geez…looking at what you are serving makes me think I need to go back and add some vegetables to our meals :)

      Grew up on a house where you had to have a yellow veggies and a green veggie with every meal. I’m not quite that rigid but I do try to get lots of veggies in. :) Creating a menu like this is the only way I can get the grocery shopping done so I don’t have to make more than one trip. ;)
