Simple Meals for a Simple Week

It can be really easy to try to make meal planning complicated, and think to eat healthy you have to make some crazy things, that are really complicated… but you don’t. :) You can keep it super simple and super yummy.

Here’s what we’re doing this week… 

Ham and Beans ~ made these in the crock pot over the weekend.

Homemade Pizza ~ it just tastes so much better, and is so much more fun! It’s a great family activity ~ we usually do this on Friday or Saturday.

Crockpot Roasted Chicken ~ I love my crockpot. Stick food in, go about your day… food’s ready at dinner time. :)

Lasagna Roll Ups ~ we had these for the first time recently and they are so easy, and delicious. Great for little helpers too.

Vegetable Chicken Soup
homemade bread (made in the bread maker ~ so I don’t have to do the work!)
